Tiffany Panhuis has been working with buyers and sellers since 1996. She was born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland). Tiffany is a 1990 graduate of Orange High School and in 1994 she received a Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University. She is also a graduate of Hondros College Real Estate Career Center. In 2000 Tiffany received her Accredited Buyer Representation Designation for advanced professional training, experience in buyer representation and a commitment to the Realtors Code of Ethics. In addition she has completed advanced courses for the New Homes Specialist Designation, is Relocation Certified and has completed advanced Certified Residential Specialist classes and has received the Certified Negotiation Specialist degree.
Pat Belcher is a full time residential real estate agent with an in-depth knowledge of Columbus and its neighborhoods. His community expertise is valuable to both his buyers and sellers. He is the youngest of 6 kids and spent his early childhood in Delaware, Ohio before moving with his family to Clintonville. In 1989 Pat graduated from Watterson High School and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 from Wittenberg University. Pat is also a graduate of Hondros Real Estate Career Center.
Pat and Tiffany met in 1992 on their study abroad program in Salzburg, Austria. They were married in 1999 and bought their first home in Clintonville. They currently reside in Worthington with their two dogs, Milly and Georgie.
Nora Huber has been selling real estate since 1979. In 1996 she merged her own company with the premier real estate firm in central Ohio, King Thompson. As a graduate of Whetstone High School and The Ohio State University, Nora has an in-depth knowledge of Columbus and surrounding neighborhoods. Nora is the proud recipient of the Columbus Board of Realtors Volunteer Service Award. Her career and community affiliations are numerous, and she is honored to have obtained the following professional designations through extensive education: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor's Institute, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
